Added new DVXplore microcodes with improved quality
New driver layout is:
- primary is new DVXplore microcodes c3m2_ep.ux (PAL) and c3m2_enc.ux (NTSC) - (Dated 09/07/2004)
- secondary is DVXpress microcodes c3m2_ep.ux.2 (PAL) and c3m2_enc.ux.2 (NTSC) - (Dated 01/11/2000)
This lets you select which driver to use when capturing with Bugsy. Use the driverswitching feature in Bugsy to switch between drivers.

In the folder original are the original DVXplore microcodes (Dated 27/09/1999), should you by any chance feel the old ones are better than the new ones, then simply overwrite the new ones located after installation in \System32\drivers\ with the old ones found in the folder original.

Added the reg3a fix - to improve synch !

Added both DVXpress mpeg2 microcodes and original DVXplore mpeg2 microcode

Added the dvencodemicrocode
- we still havent found a way to utilize this - but it doesnt hurt having it installed.

Added the dvdmicrocode
- This will utilize the DVCII as hardwareaccelerator when playing dvd's using the buildin dvd-player in winME. Quality is exellent but its unstable - sometimes it works other times it dont.
