Added the reg3a registryfix (change from 09 to 01) - to improve synch !

Added both DVXpress mpeg2 microcodes and original DVXplore mpeg2 microcode 
- primary is DVXpress microcodes c3m2_ep.ux (PAL) and c3m2_enc.ux (NTSC)
- secondary is original DVXplore c3m2_ep.ux.2 (PAL) and c3m2_enc.ux.2 (NTSC)
This lets you select which driver to use when capturing with Bugsy.
